・月に1回、日曜日に活動

・年齢に応じたステップアップ

・縦割りグループ活動

子どもたちには

・自分で考えて行動できるようになってほしい

・自分の気持ちを伝えられるようになってほしい

・失敗しても立ち直れるようになってほしい
