シロクマクラスの今年度最後の活動「日間賀島で島遊び」を実施いたしました！
2022年度様々な活動をおこなってきました。
最後の活動は「島での遊びを作ろう！」というテーマで、自分たちで活動を作っていくことに挑戦しました。
朝早くの集合だったのですが、元気でパワフルな子がたくさん。
島遊びを楽しみにしている様子がたくさん見られました。初めての日間賀島にワクワクやちょっとドキドキしている子。島での魚釣りや島遊びを楽しみにしている子などなど。
電車の中では、日間賀島でどんな遊びをしたいかをリーダーたちと一緒に話しているグループがいました。
「魚を釣るぞー！」と意気込んでいる場面や
「島探検いきたい！」「面白そう！」とワクワク度が上がっている様子。
シロクマクラスの子たちがどんな活動を作っていくか僕もワクワクしてきました。
フェリーに乗ると展望席で風を感じながら海を眺める子どもたち。
「風が強い〜！」
「海が綺麗だ！」
「見てみて！岩のところに鳥の群れがいる！」
とフェリーの中でも大盛り上がり。
まだ島に着いていないのにエネルギー全開の子どもたちでした。
あっという間に日間賀島に到着。
午前の活動は、グループで魚釣り！
到着した西港から釣りをする東港へみんなで歩いて行きました。
「あっくらげだ！」「ねえ、大きな貝があるよ！」とみんなでいろんなものを探しながら歩きました。
東港へ到着し、早速魚釣り！
餌の付け方や釣りの安全な楽しみ方をアーサーがレクチャーをした後、グループでの釣りをスタートしました。
「私、餌つけれない。ちょっと遠くで見てる」
「僕が餌つけるよ！」「やってみたい！」とグループで話し合い、魚釣りに挑戦していました。
これまでの活動で、グループでのやってみよう！みんなでやろう！という意識が子どもたちの中でついてきている様子があり、
「次やってみる？」という声が全体で増えてきたように感じました。
「魚釣れないね〜」「どうやったら釣れるかな？」
「ちょっと動かしてみよう！」
と工夫をしているグループもありました。
「餌が取られたよ〜」
「海藻がつれた〜！」
と結果魚はつれなかったのですが、魚釣りを楽しみました！
お昼からは、島遊びをグループで作りました！
「島でどんなことをやってみたい？」
「貝探し！」「島探検！」「砂浜で遊びたい！」
グループで話し合い、どんな遊びをするか決めてから島遊びをスタートしました。
「よし！大きな貝をたくさん見つけるぞ！」「貝がたくさんある場所を教えて！」
「僕たちは島探検に行ってくるね！」「何があるかな〜？」
「僕たちは砂浜で遊ぶよ！」
グループごとに島遊びがスタートしていきました。
ワクワクが遊びをさらに発展させていきます。
さらに、最初はグループごとに島遊びを楽しんでいたのですが、次第にグループ同士が集まっていき、最後には、みんなで砂浜ドッジボールが始まりました。
「一緒に遊ぼ！」「みんなでやろうよ」そんな声が広がり、遊びを楽しみました。
なぜか負けたチームは「砂浜ダッシュ」がありました。
砂浜ダッシュも「悔しい〜！」と言いながら気持ちよさそうに走っていました。(笑)
楽しい時間はあっという間。
みんなで作った島遊びどうだったかな？
何かを自分たちで作るワクワクや、人と楽しさや難しさを共感することなどを感じてもらえたかなと思います。
