今回は、EDUCAMPが平日に実施している探究学習の1日イベント

コンビニ店長になりきって経営ゲームに挑戦しました。

コンビニ店長ってどんな仕事だろう？
どんなことをやってるんだろう？？

実際にコンビニ店長が行っている仕事のうちのお店経営を疑似ゲームで挑戦！

①商品の仕入れ

②商品の販売

③在庫管理

の３つを通して、誰が1番利益を上げることができるかのゲームです。

コンビニ店長に必要な算数の力「四則演算」に着目しながら、費用の計算、売上の計算なども自分たちで実践！

学校で学ぶ足し算や引き算、掛け算などが社会の中でどのような場所で使われているのかと社会との結びつきも意識できるようなプログラムです。

最初は、クイズを通して、

「コンビニ店長」の仕事を探究しました。

コンビニで売られている商品の相場は？

コンビニ店長が抑えなければいけないコストはなんでしょう？

などのクイズを通して考えていきました。

そして、後半では

「コンビニ店長経営ゲーム」に挑戦！

まずは、店舗の場所選び

・駅前

・住宅街

・大きな公園の近く

・商業施設やオフィス街

この４つの場所から自分のお店を開く所を決めます。

さらにニュースを見ながら次の日に起こる出来事を見て発注する数を決めていきます。

例えば、明日の天気が雨や公園でお花見が開催など季節や天気、出来事などの情報をもとに商品の仕入れ数を決めていきます。

「明日、雨だから傘を仕入れておこうかな。」

「夏だから肉まんは売れないんじゃないかな」

得た情報を使って利益に繋げていく。

コンビニ店長になりきって、「1番利益を上げるぞ」と意気込んで挑戦していた子どもたち。

売り上げを上げていくたびに少しずつ自信もついていく様子が見られました。

計算のドリルを解くのではなく、仕事とつながることでより面白みを感じれたのではないかと思います！

全員、赤字にならず利益をどんどん上げていっていました。

学校の勉強がより楽しくなってくれればいいなと思います！
