こんにちは、曽雌です。

2月のワンダークラスでは、チームで企画をしたオリジナル旅に出かけました。

ワンダークラスの1年間の集大成としての旅プログラムです。

ワンダークラスでは、社会に繋がる冒険の場として年間を通して3つのポイントがあります。

①キャンプの企画を通して、自分たちで創る「無人島キャンプ」

②屋台販売を通して、お金の稼ぎ方を考える「屋台経営キャンプ」

③行き先から全てを自分たちで企画する「旅企画プログラム」

どれも「自立」「共創」「探究」という3つの柱で、社会に繋がる冒険を実施しています。

そして、2月に実施したのが、旅企画プログラムでした。

12月に、チームごとに行き先を企画していきます。

条件は次の通り

・予算は1人5,000円（交通費・食費など全て含む）

・7:00～19:00の間で日帰りで行ける場所

・自分たちの力で行ける場所（レンタカーなどは無し）

・チームごとに集合解散、目的地はバラバラ

そして、この度には、11月に実施した屋台経営キャンプで稼いだ利益を資金として使用できます。そのため、自分たちで稼いだお金を自分たちで使用でき、お金の流れを感じることができるようになっています。

チーム全員で出した利益も、一人ずつ分配してしまうとかなり小さな金額になってしまう。そんなところからも、お金を稼ぐことの大変さや、経営視点が感じられるのではと思います。

この旅企画プログラムの中で大切にしていることは、「子どもたちが自分たちで考えて実施すること」です。自分で企画することにより、誰かに与えられたものではなく、自分事として考えることができるようになります。

どの電車に乗るか、移動の時間は、全て子どもたちが考えながら進めていきます。
