屋台販売の試作品づくりをしよう！

10月のワンダークラスの活動ブログです。

今月は、11月に実施をする屋台経営キャンプに向けた準備を行いました。

どんなメニューを作ろうか、実際に試作品を作りながら考えていきます。

最初に、屋台経営を行う上での簡単なレクチャーからスタートしました。

「売上」―「費用」＝「利益」

この式をもとに、利益の大切を伝えていきます。

どれだけ売上を上げても、費用をたくさん使っていては、利益は上がらない。

それに対して、売上は少なくても、費用がほとんどかからなければ、利益は大きく出る。

どんな戦略で屋台を作っていくのかは自分たち次第となるわけです。

そんなレクチャーを聞いた上で、グループごとに話し合いのスタートです。

この屋台経営キャンプは、昨年度よりスタートしました。

子どもたちにとってリアルな挑戦を追及していった結果、実際にお金を稼ぐ体験をプログラムの中に入れようと思い

冒険教育×屋台経営

という視点でプログラムを考えました。

ちなみに企画をした際にベースとしたのは、稲盛さんの本の中に出てくる「夜泣きうどん」のエピソードです。

さあ、話を戻します。

グループごとにどんなメニューにしようかを話し合っていきます。

事前に子どもたちとのオンラインミーティングで、アイディアを調べてくることの重要性を話していたこともあり、事前に候補を調べてきた子も多かったですね。

試作品づくりのメニューを決めたら、近くのスーパーまで買い出しに行きます。

しかし、買い出しに行くためには、資金が必要になります。

その資金を借りなければ、買い出しに行って試作品づくりを行うことはできません。

資金を借りるときには、EDUCAMP特性の「借用書」を記載してもらい、資金を借りることができます。

このあたりもリアルな挑戦を意識した仕掛けの一つです。

ちなみに、屋台販売での売り上げから、最終的に借りた金額を引いた金額が利益となります。

まあ、売上が無かったら返す必要はありませんが、、、（笑）

逆にそれでも利益が出た場合は、2月に実施する企画旅の資金にできるというメリットも！

そのため子どもたちもかなりモチベーション高く取り組んでいます。

じっくりと考えてから進みたいチームもあり、この時点でチームの色が出ていっていますね。

買い出しから戻ってきたら、試作品づくりがスタートします。

でもそうやって自分たちで考えることが大切ですね。
