旅のプレゼンテーション大会

23年度ワンダークラス最後の活動でした。

今月は2月に実施した旅の報告会を実施。

旅のプレゼンテーション大会です

最も面白い旅のプレゼンテーションをしたチームには「MVJ」が送られます。

準備に使える時間は、10:00から15:00までの5時間。

自分たちの旅を伝えるプレゼンテーションを考えていきます。

「え、何から考えよう・・・？」

「とりあえず旅であったことを挙げていこうよ！」

「ああ、こんなことあったね！」

「あった！あった！面白かったよね～」

旅のふりかえりが始まっていきます。

アウトプットを考えることって一番ふりかえりになりますね。

プレゼンテーションを一から作るって凄く難しいですね。

でもワンダークラスの子どもたたちにとっては慣れたもん。

「先生決めてよ～」と大人に任せることなく

「どうしよう？」と自分たちで考えていきます。

1年間の活動を通じて自分たちで考えることに慣れていっていきます。

さあ、各チームひたすら作業を進めていきます。

お昼ご飯を買いに行き、小休憩。

ご飯を食べながら作業を進めているチームもあれば

「ドッチボールやろうよ！」

「え！でも準備終わってないよ？終わってからにしようよ」

「大丈夫だって」

「え～」

「じゃあ10分だけ！」

「10分だけだよ！？」

と、子ども同士で話しているチームもありました。

まるで大人と子どもの会話のようですね。

こんな話を自然とチーム内でしているのも、1年間の積み重ねなのかもしれませんね。

さて時間は14:30。いよいよ本番が近づいてきました。

「ああ！！終わらない～」

悲鳴のような声が聞こえてきます。

「ちょっと練習しに行こうよ！」

外にプレゼンの練習をしに行ったチームもありました。

いよいよ15:00

今回は保護者の皆さまの参観もOK。

思ったよりも多くの方に来ていただきました。

旅のプレゼンテーション

さあ、いよいよ本番スタートです！

1番目は、青チーム

このチームは、模造紙に奇麗にまとめていましたね。

模造紙に書いていく人、プレゼンの原稿を考え人で役割分担をしていました。

2番目は、赤チーム

このチームは、午前中なにから始めたらよいかでかなり困っていました。

そこから少しずつ話し合い、意見を組み合わせ、1人ずつテーマについてまとめていく分業制に。チームとしての動きは一番良かったですね！

最後が、緑チーム

このチームは、PCスキルを活用しながら、動画による資料づくりを行っていました。

動画に合わせてナレーションを作る！ということで、こちらも役割分担をしながら原稿の作成をしていました。

どのチームも、この短い時間でよくプレゼンテーションを作っていきました。

どのチームもオリジナリティのある内容、発表方法で非常に面白かったです！

子どもたちのプレゼンを聞いていて感じるのは

・自分たちで考えられること

・自分たちで決められること

この2つがいかに大切かという点です。

子どもたちの日常生活の中では、自分たちで何かを決められる機会って多くないんでしょうね。

だからこそ、自分で考えて、自分で決められる機会って、すごく面白いんです。

そんな場をつくるために、スタッフでのふりかえりも欠かせません。

活動後には、毎回スタッフ間でのふりかえりを実施しています。

「午前中、中々話が進まずに焦っていたように見えたけど、あのとき何を考えていた？」

「みんな何から始めたらいいか分からず困っているようで、でも入りすぎても自分たちで進めていく機会が無くなってしまうかもしれないと思いました。なので、まずは言葉を拾ってみることにしました」

「言葉を拾ってみるってどんな感じ？」

「みんな小さく意見は行っているんです。それが上手く繋がっていない感じで。だからその小さな声を少しずつ拾って、声と声を繋げていきました」

「なるほど。それはかなり良いね。そのスタンスが、後半の子どもたちの動きに繋がっていったんだね」

こんな風に毎回活動後に、スタッフでふりかえりを行っています。

子どもたちが自分たちで考えながら活動していくために、大人の関わり方、伝え方、関わるタイミングをスタッフ1人1人が考えています。

今年度のワンダークラスは終了。

また4月から新年度が始まります！
