シロクマクラスの活動ブログです。
今年度ラストの活動は、シロクマウォーク＆修了式
人と一緒に創ること、一緒に何かに取り組むことの楽しさを野外活動を通して感じてほしい。自分のできることを少しずつ増やしてほしい。
そんな想いを持って今年度活動をしてきました。グループのみんなで意見を出し合い、活動を創る。
シロクマクラスのみんなを見てきて自分にできることが増えてきたなと感じています。
そんな、シロクマクラスラストの活動に入ります。
前半のシロクマウォークは、3つのコースを用意。
①川まで歩こうコース(往復約2km)
②天白川であい公園コース(往復約3.7km)
③新島田橋ぐるっとコース(往復約4.5km)
グループでどのくらい歩くかの目標設定をして、自分たちのペースで歩いていきます。
コース説明や注意事項を聞いて、グループごとにスタート！10:20ごろ全グループが出発。
前回のグループ旅の時に決めたグループの目標(弱音をはかない！、皆で楽しむ！)などをウォークでもだいじにしようと話しながら進んでいるチームもありました。
地図を見ながら今どこにいるのか？をみんなで確かめながら「こっちかな？」「いや、こっちだよ！」と意見を出し合い、着々と進んでいきます。
天白川の堤防を歩きながら「あっ、魚がいた！」「天気良いね〜！」と周りの景色も楽しみながらウォーク！
テンポ良く進んでいき、お昼前の11:30ごろに約2km進んだ先にあるであい公園に到着！
到着すると「疲れた〜！」「かなり歩いた〜」「まだ元気だよ！」と話しながら昼ごはんの準備。
みんなで頑張ろう！という気持ちが見え、プラスな声かけが多かった様子でした。
早速ご飯を食べ、公園で休憩。
さっきまで見せていた歩きの疲れはどこかへ飛んでいったようで「鬼ごっこしよ！よーいスタート！」
「僕も入れて〜」
数人から始まった鬼ごっこが他のグループの子も参加し、１0人以上で鬼ごっこへと変わっていきました。
さらに、公園にお相撲場があり、「お相撲しよ！」と声かけ、子ども対子ども、子ども対リーダーなどシロクマクラスの大一番が始まっていました。(笑)
「〇〇山〜」「〇〇関〜」
「のこった〜！」
「頑張れ〜」「リーダーに負けるな〜！」と応援しあい、相撲大会を楽しんでいました。
そんなこんなで1時間半近く公園で遊んでいました。
グループで歩いて天白公園へ歩いて戻りました。
「疲れた〜」「ちょっと休憩しよ」
帰りは少し疲れたようで、グループのみんなで休憩しながらなんとか全グループが戻ってきました。
結果、全グループ3.5kmのコースを歩き切りました。

活動のラストは、みんなで遊ぼう！ということで
芝生広場を使って、みんなで鬼ごっこやしっぽとりのルールを決めながら遊びを創りました。
「コンセント鬼ごっこやりたい！」 と提案。
「何それ？？めっちゃ気になる」
と、新しい鬼ごっこがスタート。
氷おにを改良したゲームらしく、皆でルールを確認しながらゲームをしました。
時間ギリギリまでみんなで遊んで終了！
グループで１年間のふりかえりをしました。
「どの活動が1番楽しかった？」
「僕は秘密基地！」「あっ、僕も！」
「皆で秘密基地作って楽しかったよね！」
「うん！めっちゃいい感じにできた！」
と話していました。子どもたちのとって、この一年がより良いものになっていたら僕自身も嬉しく思います。
この一年で子どもたちの成長を間近で見てきました。
最初はグループでの話し合いでもなかなか意見が出せなかった子も今では自分から意見をたくさん出すようになったり、意見を聞くことが多かったけど、話し合いをまとめる側になったりといろんな変化がありました。
ステップクラスを担当するようになり、この野外活動は、社会とかなりつながっているなと感じるようになりました。
社会に出たら、いろんな年齢の方とお仕事をしますよね。目の前の仲間と一緒に成果を出していく。そのためには1人1人の意見や考え、価値観がだいじになります。みんなで悩んでみんなで話し合って前へ進んでいきます。
人との関わりはいくつになっても必要不可欠。自分の考えを出すことも人の意見を受け入れることも両方大事。自分の意見を無理やり押し通そうとするとなかなか受け入れてもらいづらい。
だからこそどうやったら良いかを考える。
みんなで悩んで乗り越えていく。楽しさを自分たちで創っていく。そんなことをステップクラスでは創っていきたいと思います。
体験を通して、あの時どう感じたのか。どうやったらよかったのか。次はこうやってみよう！と考えのサイクルを回し、成長へとつながるようにしていきたいと思います。
