丼もの料理に挑戦！

こんにちは！アーサーです！

ステップ（シロクマ）クラスの6月活動を実施しました！

今回の活動は、【丼もの料理】に挑戦です！

雨天のため室内での活動となりましたが、調理室で、グループごとの丼もの創作料理を実施しました。

活動のねらいとしては、【グループ創作】です。

グループみんなで話し合い、それぞれの意見をすり合わせて形にしていくこと。

そのためには、様々な会話や意見交換が必要になってきます。

人に意見を伝えてみたり、人の意見を聞き入れたりし、みんなで創る楽しさを感じてもらえればと思っていました。

まず、集合して雨で室内に変更となり、動きたい欲があるように感じました。

少し体を動かしながらできるグループアクティビティから始めました。

「今日のグループの人数は？」

「今日のチーム全体の元気度は？」

というお題で、体を使って表現するミッションにチャレンジしました。

「今日は全員で何人だろう？」

「みんなで数字作る？」

「みんなで文字を作ろうよ！」

など、グループごとに様々な会話が広がっていました。

グループごとに人数や今の元気度を体を使って表現してくれました。

そんなことを活動の導入で入れながら

メイン活動である、丼もの料理作りに入りました。

今回の丼もの料理のポイントは、【使う食材や味付けをグループで自由に選べる】こと。

それぞれのグループでどんな丼ものにしていくか。

自由度を持たせてグループでの話し合いのきっかけを作っていきました。

使える食材は、

「キャベツ、にんじん、玉ねぎ、もやし、ほうれん草、コーン、茄子など」を用意しました。

基本的には、グループで３つ程度使って丼もの料理をしよう！

という設定で使う食材、作りたい丼もの料理を話し合いました。

グループごとに使う食材を話し合います。

「これが欲しい！」

「あ〜。僕これ苦手だなぁ。」

「みんながおいしく食べれるような丼が良いね！」

などなど、グループの中で話していました。

そして、使いたい食材が決まったら調理開始！

具材を切る人、調味料を混ぜて作る人、お米を測って炊く人

などグループごとに役割分担をして進めていました。

今回のご飯は、お鍋で炊きました。

基本的には、飯ごうでご飯を炊くことと同じ。

水の量はどのくらいがいいかな？

火の強さはどうする？

と活動を通して、子ども達同士の会話も増えていきました。

皆テキパキと調理を進め、

丼ものが完成！

できたら早速いただきます！

「うまい！」

「もっと食べたい！」

「ご飯もいい感じに炊けた！おいしいね〜！」

と、作った料理に大満足な様子でした！

午後の活動は、グループ竹工作！

【グループでオリジナル凧作りに挑戦！】

グループで凧作りに挑戦しました！

使える材料。凧の形。大きさなどをグループで話し合い、グループオリジナルの凧作りです！

ある程度作り方や凧の形などをレクチャーし、グループごとに制作タイム！

「めっちゃ大きいものを作ろう！」

「みんなの名前とか入れたいよね〜！」

「形はどうする？？」

凧の形を決める際に、揉めているグループが。

「僕はこの形がいい。」

「僕はこっちかな。」

「納得いかないな〜。」

その後、グループ内でとことん話し合い、最終的には皆納得して形が決まりました。

人に自分の気持ちを伝える。そして、人の意見も聞き入れる。

この２つは、大人になってからも大事なことだと思っています。

自分の気持ちを人に伝えるってけっこう難しいですよね。

ステップクラスをグループ活動にしているところもそこにあります。

野外活動を通して、人との関わりや自分の気持ちに向き合うことで成長の一歩となればと思っています。

体験から感じたことや学んだことを私生活や学校に繋げていけるように活動を作っていければと思います。
